Real Wedding at Almiral De La Font

I first met Michael and Laura a year before their wedding, when they came to Barcelona for their menu tasting. We also had a lovely engagement shoot in Sitges, so it was wonderful to see them again and finally capture their big day!


Their wedding took place at the beautiful and traditional Villa Almiral de la Font, one of those charming Barcelona wedding venues that feels full of character. The atmosphere was relaxed from beginning to end. Michael, Laura, and their guests simply enjoyed every moment, the gorgeous weather, and, of course, all the delicious food. Their dachshund, Frank, had to stay at home, but the couple found a lovely way to make sure he was part of the celebration. His little face appeared on napkins all around the venue, and Laura had an especially thoughtful surprise for Michael: personalised cufflinks featuring Frank’s nose print! How cool is that? This is exactly what I love about photographing weddings in Barcelona. Every couple brings a little piece of their own story into the celebration, sharing personal details and meaningful moments with the people they love most.
